Singing lessons reDHILL

Reigate Dance Centre provides singing lessons for children from the ages of approximately 7 / 8 and above in Reigate and Redhill, and is a perfect accompaniment alongside dance to develop performing and confidence.

As well as learning to control your voice, singing lessons offers vocal strength / projection, musicality, intonation and develops their communication through music to others. Later vibrato and interpretation of songs is also taught. The benefits increase when children become teenagers, when they become very self aware of their emotions.

Confidence is the biggest benefit, and being confident with your voice brings a confidence for life.

Our singing teacher Lucy has been a professional singer and performer for many years and she is also an experienced teacher, who ensures young voices learn all the key skills in a safe way.

Children's Singing lessons in Reigate & REDHILL

Our singing lessons can be taken on a one to one basis or in groups of 2 - 3, and take place in the Reigate and Redhill areas. Singing lessons are usually booked in a term or half a term at a time, but a one off lesson can be arranged at the beginning. Vocal tuition starts from £9 per lesson.

Exams are optional and we often find that many children just want to learn to sing and be confident with their voice. We can do bespoke classes to prepare for auditions or G.C.S.E. Music exams, using the voice as your prime instrument.

Lucy can teach all styles of singing from Musical Theatre singing, pop styles, classical and contemporary.
